Passage

Passage is a feature-length documentary following three individuals across a year of significant personal change. The motion work spans title design, chapter cards, and the full lower thirds system.

The visual approach needed to complement rather than compete with the documentary footage — understated, warm, and grounded. Titles use a hand-set approach inspired by archival print, setting the film's historical context without being heavy-handed.

The chapter cards use location photography as their base, treated with a faded, grain-heavy grade that unifies the film's disparate filming locations.
